Refund policy
Lucelinn has a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for an item. No returns for a complete refund will be accepted. Please note exchanges will only be processed locally at [450 East Alton Gloor Blvd Suite 5, 78526]. Reach out to us at lucelinnstore@gmail.com to request an exchange and if accepted, further details will be provided in regards to the exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like final sale and clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange request, and let you know if the exchanged was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided further information as to how to complete your exchange within 3 business days.
